Here at Teepig, we are always continuing to improve our UK T-shirt printing and garment decorating service.  To achieve this we aim to make our online design feature as easy and as quick to use as possible. Furthermore, reducing turnaround times from order to delivery is a priority.
When you order a standard T-shirt in colours such as white, black or grey we can process the order quicker. That’s not to say it will take much longer with other colours or styles. Although we try to stock a wide range of T-shirts and hoodies we often have to order from our supplier.
This also means we can offer much more than what is one the site.

The online designer allows you to create your own T-shirt design in minutes. The best part is you don’t need to be a whizz at photoshop or have any design experience. You can upload photographs and images to have printed on T-shirts in amazing quality. You can add text in loads of fonts and colours. Direct to Garment printing and sublimation printing are the methods we generally use for your one off  and small orders. In addition we offer screen printing for bulk orders and also embroidery.

Custom Embroidery

We have supplied a number of businesses and clubs with embroidered tops. Venga, a Portishead tapas bar, Greenbird Landscaping and Hang 10 Custom Conversions are three such businesses. Custom work hoodies, sweaters,  shirts and polos can be embroidered with up to six colours in the design.
Teepig provides custom Golf Society polo shirts and sweaters. Embroidered golf polo shirts are a great addition to your society by helping to bond the players out on the course and in the club house. Your own embroidered golf society tops give the members a sense of belonging.
It doesn’t just stop with polos and sweaters either. You can have your own caps and golf towels printed or embroidered too.

Design Your T-shirt Online

Not only does Teepig print or embroider your personal training tops, we can also help you create the perfect design. To be more specific, Teepig’s online design feature can help you. Once you select Design Online from the main menu click on Performance and Activewear. From there it gives you a selection of tops perfect for sport and training. Generally, these tops offer sweat wicking and antibacterial properties. They are also lightweight and comfortable. Ideal for personal training sessions for you and your clients. Check out the details of each to see which is best for you. The Fruit of the Loom version is neoteric. This means the fabric has tiny holes to help air circulate and keep you cool.

After you select your T-shirt size and colour the site takes you to the design page where you can add text and images. You’ll be able to choose from a multitude of text templates and shapes to make your design clear and professional. Adding photos to your T-shirt is also an option. If you already have your design finalised then you can easily upload this and place it exactly how you want it on the top. Either back or front or both!

When you have your design sorted and you have finalised the order Teepig will get on and print your T-shirts for you and have them sent to you within 7 days. More often than not we have to order in the tops but if we do have them stocked then that’s even better as you’ll get it quicker.

Printing Method

We decorate performance T-shirts with sublimation. This method is full colour and long lasting and boasts amazing detail.  For orders over 20 and of single colour screen printing would also be a worthy option.

Printwear & Promotion Trade Show

Printwear Trade Show NEC Pencarrie stand

We made the trip to the Birmingham NEC this week for the annual Printwear & Promotion trade show.

All of our favourite brands and suppliers were there to exhibit the latest products in the industry. Sustainability was the theme of this year’s show. This means brands are producing clothing as ethically as possible with as little negative effect on the environment as possible. Above all, garment quality does not suffer. Contrarily, it seems to be improving.
No company is leading the charge more than Mantis. All of their styles, adult, child and baby, have made the switch to ethically sourced and sustainable materials.

Why we attend

The aim of trade shows is for brands and suppliers to exhibit their products to new customers and to exhibit new products to existing customers.
Since last year’s visit in 2019 Teepig have started offering sublimation printed garments which has very effectively aided what we can offer our customers. We are always looking to improve and add better services to give you exactly what you want.
After this recent visit to the Printwear and Promotion trade show we have come away with a far greater knowledge of garment types and styles. This information we can pass on to you too help you select the best brands and styles for your customised garments.

Tee Jays was a big player this year. In fact several other stands were using Tee Jays T-shirts in their demonstrations. The Danish company produces higher end styles. For example T-shirt, polos, hoodies, soft shell jackets and coats. Tee Jays are also making the switch to organic this year and their new colour ways are already organic certified.
We are adding more Tee Jays styles to our designer page. This is the choice brand for best quality, whether it’s to decorate with your own brand or logo or as a special gift.

Next Level is another impressive brand which we are adding to our designer. Based in LA, Next Level offer something slightly different. Keep an eye out for their ‘sueded’ range. The styles have peached fabric making it super soft to the touch.
